Virtual ThriveKids Launches!
A Mind.Body.Character Experience for Ages 3+
20/20/20 Circuit (20/20 Circuit)
Includes 20 Minutes of fun-filled vigorous exercise, 20 Minutes of Learning and STEAM (Science, Engineering, Art, and Math), and 20 Minutes of Mindfulness, Social Skills and Relaxation. Often we will shorten the class by taking one of the segments out, creating a 20/20 class depending on the length of time available.
After our circuit, your kids will be ready for a good night’s sleep!
An incredible opportunity for kids to show creativity in all capacity. Using an array of materials and tools, projects are loosely assign and children use their out of the box thinking to find a way to create the best possible version of art either for display or form following function!
Our parkour classes are designed for fun! We break down parkour-related skills and games designed to give kids proper movement and safety while challenging them and tiring them out. Balancing techniques are excellent to help kids with focus and learning. Classes are the best way to gain skills while learning how to maneuver safely and effectively!

Food Is Fuel™
Kids learn eating behavior. We encourage them to eat well at home but we can’t always be there to guide them when they are in the real world! ThriveKids™ imparts the tools kids need in order to understand that food is fuel and everything they eat drives their bodies and brains. Kids are encouraged to participate in food prep and cooking.
It is truly never too early to begin the process of leadership. Some kids cannot be held back so let them fly! We teach them the process from beginning to end is a way that appeals to their development stage and capabilities. From strategy to execution, your children receive a linear and fun base knowledge of how to think in an entrepreneurial fashion. Who knows they may be taking care of you sooner than you think!
Kids learn the skills of the future through creativity, experimentation and engineering. Our maker exposes kids of all ages to tools, and materials and encourages them to use the minds and creativity to strategies and execute amazing projects, from circuit boards, robotics and things that move, to functional products that work to ease life for humans!
(Kids and Mommy’s, Daddy’s or Caregivers) Children of all ages can benefit from mindfulness, the simple practice of bringing a gentle, accepting attitude to the present moment. It can help parents and caregivers, too, by promoting happiness and relieving stress. We offer basic tools and tips for children and adults, as well as several activities that develop compassion, focus, curiosity and empathy. Mindfulness is fun and presents a new way at looking at the worlds around us!
Introduction to music genres, instrumentation, artists, and sound – When we are young we gravitate to the genres of our generation. But what about all of the other music genres we are not necessarily exposed to? From Rock to Jazz, and even Classical, kids engage in creative projects as well as receive an introduction to instrument sounds that connect the dots to music genres they will enjoy for years to come!
This exciting program, combines obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement with the freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace.
Social / Life Skills
The purpose of this course is to program children to hone in on social competence through explicit instruction of skills necessary to engage in successful communication, enhance self-awareness, and navigate the social world both in and out of the classroom atmosphere. ThriveKids incorporates tools to assist kids in improving their skills through role play, drama improve, table gaming and they learn new Life Skills through the process. Team based activities are also leveraged to bring typical real-world social interaction and fun into the learning environment. Children aren’t aware that they are improving their skills; instead they have fun and continually learn to navigate games and activities with people in social, real world environments.
TEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math)
Our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) program incorporates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics into every program we offer! Your kids not only benefit from the ThriveKids™ wholebody programs, but their brains will also be stimulated by programs geared toward engagement and learning! Every program includes the ThriveKids™ programs + STEAM!
Yoga (& Family Yoga)
All ages can benefit from practice of yoga. Stretching the body releases tension in muscles and joint, breathing techniques help in managing stress and so many other benefits that come along from learning to independently work on one’s body when our bodies tell us we need it!
